I'm Kelsey — a marketing, sales, and general management executive who's spent the last 10+ years advising, operating, and sitting on the boards of small and growing businesses.

I built Small Bites because I kept meeting smart, ambitious business owners who needed real growth help but couldn't justify a $10K consulting engagement. They didn't need a fractional CMO.
